Just got my ENZO Prime mats installed and I’m really satisfied with the whole experience. Waited about a week, which I think is quite reasonable since they’re custom made. Installation was very fast. The staff removed my old mats, vacuumed the floor, and had everything done in no time. The fit is perfect, every piece lines up nicely. I also like the texture of the mats. It gives good grip but doesn’t feel rough, and the anti-slip backing really works—nothing shifts around when driving. I’ve used a few other brands on my previous cars, and I can honestly say ENZO Prime feels like the best quality so far. No regrets, definitely worth it.

Enzo was able to customize the mats for the floor and the boot area. As the BMW IX3 50 had only been launched a month ago, there were no ready stock available. From the measurements to customization to installation took only a week. Very pleased with the final product. He also made a mat for the frunk too... Nice surprise Thanks

Went to their showroom directly to have a feel of their mat, they were very patient with my questions. Have to say that their higher tiered mat are really solid. Went with it since its for long term use. Their turnaround was fast, able to get my mat installed within the week. Service is good, product is good too. Highly recommend!

Quality looks good. As this is a customized car mat, it took slightly more than a week to be ready. They help you vacuum the whole car before installing the mat. Overall, it was a good experience. Recommended to get a custom-fit car mat

I received my car mats today, and I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Ah Loong was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to ask about my preferences, explaining the difference between overlaying the new mats on top of the original mats versus removing the original mats completely. He patiently demonstrated how each option would look, which made it much easier for me to decide. His service was professional, friendly, and very patient. I really appreciated that he wasn't rushing and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the quality of the mats compared to previous similar type of mats. While a tad pricey, it feels worth for how heavyweight and solid it is, and how easy it is to clean and maintain. Customer service was also very polite and kept my order updated throughout.

I was assisted by Enzo Singapore staff Mr. Elvis, this was an interesting experience for me with Enzo SG I didn't expect them to install the car mats so carefully and fast. Before Mr. Elvis wanted to install the new car mats, he first asked if my old car mats wanted to be kept or thrown away before he would start vacuuming the inside and would make sure there were no debris and dirt before putting the new car mats. He made sure the car mats were installed well before we left. Just collected my Enzo car mat. I ordered the car mat and boot mat. Items received around one week after placing order. Car mat was installed after vacuuming. Items were received in good condition. Very satisfied with their service. Recommended!
