Recently purchased the Prime Range mats from Enzo Singapore and I must say, I’m genuinely impressed by both the product quality and overall customer experience. The measurements and fitment were extremely precise, and the mats themselves feel premium and well-crafted. What stood out even more was the level of service from the team. I drove down personally to enjoy the added service of having my car vacuumed during installation. During the fitting, the team noticed that the original boot measurements had been taken based on the lower boot floor position, while I had mine set at the upper level. Even though I was perfectly fine with it, they insisted on redoing the measurements because they wanted everything to be done properly and perfectly fitted. The team took the time to remeasure everything carefully, and I collected the updated set yesterday. Really appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Overall, extremely happy with both the mats and the customer experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium car mats and genuine service.

BYD ATTO 2 mats. Enzo's serviceman Elvis was very good. The installation was fast and efficient. Enzo mats fits perfectly flushed. We are very happy with the product and service. In case new owners do not know. The original mats will be removed and Enzo mats will replace them.

Went down to touch and feel the car mat. Ordered the prime. Took abt 1week to order and ready. Book a time slot for them to change the carmats. They removed old car mats, vacuumed and install the new ones. Took less than 30mins. Service was tip top! Really love the non-slip feature!

I went down to the shop in Serangoon North to have a look at the actual product in their showroom/shop. I placed an order for the Prime mats for a Subaru Solterra XT and it was ready in Just one week. These mats are heavy duty and I am very impressed with how accurate the fitment is. The front mats extend very high into the foot well to ensure that full protection is provided. Even the clips on the driver's side mats are catered for. Great product... Great Price... My first Enzo mat, I selected this brand because of their quality. I compared other brands, still think that the material Enzo used is tough and durable. Staff there is friendly, ordering is easy. It’s pre order, so have to wait for factory to finish. But for a quality mat, I don’t mind.

Got my Mifa 7 in July 2025. Realised the model was new and ENZO did not have the mats for my car. However they offered to "create" the template for Miifa 7 using my car. Spent a few hours at their place for them to do their measurements and came back a week later for the new mat fitting. Must say I was impressed by the detailed workmanship. It's been more than 6 months and I'm thoroughly happy with the mat. Thanks!

About a week later, the item was delivered to the store and I received a WhatsApp notification and made an appointment for collection. Went to their store during the scheduled time, work started immediately. Old mats were removed and floor area vacuumed too. Then new mats are set in place. The whole process took less than 15min (super fast). The Enzo Care car mat material was thick, tough and durable. And it fits perfectly on the car. I was expecting to collect the car mat and install myself. 😊 Before Mr Wayne install the car mats, he vacuum the interior and make sure no debris and dirts before placing the new car mats.
