Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may request to return the item to us and obtain an exchange or refund.

Please follow the steps below:-

  1. Email hello@enzo.sg within 7 days of receipt, stating your order number, reason for exchange or refund and item to exchange or refund.
  2. You will then receive a follow-up email containing all relevant information required in order to process an exchange or refund. Please take note that refunds will only be considered in the case of a defective product.
  3. ENZO reserves all the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds if returned products are in unsatisfactory condition.

Terms & Conditions of Return / Refund

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange of that item. Kindly allow us up to 30 days to process your refund / exchange request.
  • Items should be returned unused, clean, unmodified and in its original packaging complete with all product tags. All goods will be inspected on return and any item returned to us that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to you.
  • Please note that product returns will be at the customer’s expense and responsibility, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in the event our ENZO specialist sent you a product with the wrong specifications (e.g. wrong car model, wrong combination of edges or a wrong product), we will bear the costs of your return shipping as well as shipping charges for delivering the correct product to you.

    However, we would like to emphasise that we do not accept placing wrong order on car mat from our website, personal driving habit and car modification that deviates from the original car factory built as the reasons for return/refund.

  • The condition of the return package is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure your return package is well wrapped to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar (or higher value) product.
