I received my car mats today, and I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Ah Loong was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to ask about my preferences, explaining the difference between overlaying the new mats on top of the original mats versus removing the original mats completely. He patiently demonstrated how each option would look, which made it much easier for me to decide. His service was professional, friendly, and very patient. I really appreciated that he wasn't rushing and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the quality of the mats compared to previous similar type of mats. While a tad pricey, it feels worth for how heavyweight and solid it is, and how easy it is to clean and maintain. Customer service was also very polite and kept my order updated throughout.

I was assisted by Enzo Singapore staff Mr. Elvis, this was an interesting experience for me with Enzo SG I didn't expect them to install the car mats so carefully and fast. Before Mr. Elvis wanted to install the new car mats, he first asked if my old car mats wanted to be kept or thrown away before he would start vacuuming the inside and would make sure there were no debris and dirt before putting the new car mats. He made sure the car mats were installed well before we left.
