Please note that product returns will be at the customer’s expense and responsibility, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in the event our ENZO specialist sent you a product with the wrong specifications (e.g. wrong car model, wrong combination of edges or a wrong product), we will bear the costs of your return shipping as well as shipping charges for delivering the correct product to you.
However, we would like to emphasise that we do not accept placing wrong order on car mat from our website, personal driving habit and car modification that deviates from the original car factory built as the reasons for return/refund.
